Devlog #3: bugfixes and develop builds

Planet Fleet now, besides (more) stable builds, also has development (dev for short) builds to allow play-testing currently unreleased features.
Bugfixes:
toggle-debugcommand to toggle between units updating their stats upon unpausing- units only take appropriate action orders, i.e. buildings don’t take move orders, only armed units take attack orders, etc.
