Devlog #5: implementing demo unit mechanics

Planet Fleet is now beginning to receive additions for a wide array of units, intended for the playable build of the game. Amongst such units are:
- EMP boats to immobilize ships caught in the blast radius
- cryo ships to freeze enemies still as well as form impassible ice sheets
- mobile rocket artillery platforms for long range land bombardments
- and many more…
Though there might not be many new models for the new units currently, what matters most is that the functionality behind said units is largely complete. This makes it even easier to add new units using the implemented features.
